Mindful - Vegan Philosophy
Our Vegan Philosophy approach means that we don't use ingredients of animal origin in a whole lot of Doctor Eckstein products. However, we cannot yet fully guarantee that at any time our vegan ingredients have not come into contact with traces of a non-vegan ingredients. This can happen in manufacturing (either extraction or production), as vegan ingredients are partially processed in spatial context with non-vegan ingredients.
Our Vegan Philosophy Suppliers
That includes working hand in hand with our suppliers. Because only in our own production facilities in Oberasbach can we ensure that there is no mixing and/or contamination with animal components. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this for all our raw material suppliers at present. As we maintain long-term trusting partnerships with our suppliers, we want to develop the best for humans, animals and nature together with them. This is how we work intensively with our suppliers to provide flawless documentation of every single production step a ingredient goes through with regard to “vegan” status.
Mindful - Our Vegan Philosophy - Animal Experiments
What about testing on animals? We as Doctor Eckstein strictly refuse to test products on animals since the company was founded over 70 years ago. We also, on principle, do not sell to countries that require animal testing for market approval. In March 2013, the European Union put into effect the fully legally binding ban on animal welfare, which allows the production, marketing and sale of cosmetics and cosmetic ingredients tested on animals, v on offer. All cosmetic manufacturers in the European Union (EU) must comply with this binding ban.

Helps to reduce redness and appearance of skin impurities leaving the skin looking clear and radiant. Promotes a natural, healthy looking skin. Contains azulene, vitamin B complex, vitamins A , E, allantoin, shale oil and zinc oxide.
